Appellate Practice: When an aggrieved party has exhausted all available remedies at the agency level, the only remaining means for seeking relief is via appellate review of the agency's decision. Appellate work is labor intensive and procedurally sensitive. Many of our attorneys are members of the Bar in the relevant federal courts and are capable of compiling the most technical of briefs in an impeccable fashion. In fact, our firm recently initiated the appellate review of an FCC decision that has drawn more than 15 interveners from the wireless industry, representing billions of dollars.
